The achievements for upcoming game Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent have now been released. There are 38 in all, providing equal incentive to play both singleplayer and multiplayer modes. Some of them are fairly straight forward, whereas others will take some time such as the multiplayer achievements. There are also several secret achievements to unlock during the game. I really can't wait for this, I have all the previous games completed and this one looks awesome. Look out for a review towards the end of the month. Splinter Cell Double Agent is released October 20th.

I just bought the latest issue of the Official Xbox 360 Magazine (my transformation into a multiplatform gamer is now complete, lol), and they gave Double Agent 9/10 saying that it has (taken from the verdict part):
Good: "Hugely diverse single player campaign"
Good: "Trust System is excellent"
Good: "Forgiving yet extremely challenging"
Good: "Sublime multiplayer"
Bad: "Underdeveloped characters and plot"
The actual review part made it sound very good, and i'm glad that i've pre-ordered the Limited Edition, i await your review at the end of the month :)
Yeah the review did sound good, and I wouldn't worry too much about the 'undeveloped plot' as it's probably not even an issue.
