News: Shadowrun demo on the way

Fasa studios have announced that they are to release a demo of Shadowrun on June 6th. Shadowrun combines both weapons and magic in a unique twist on the shooting genre and is the flagship title for the new Xbox Live Anywhere service, allowing both Xbox 360 and PC gamers to play with/against each other seamlessly. The demo will feature 3 chapters of training, a solo mode with bots and Xbox Live multiplayer on the 'Power Station' map. Players will be able to play as either an Elf or a Human. The demo is dated after the full version of Shadowrun is released (June 1st.) This is apparently because 'we'd rather release the demo at a time when players can focus their attention and time on Shadowrun, i.e, not in the middle of the Halo 3 beta.' So there you have it. Be sure to check Marketplace when this goes live.
