That's right- Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is now officially heading to Xbox 360. Previously already announced for PS3- Pandemic have now also confirmed that they are also working on a 360 version. This shouldn't really come as a surprise, as it had been rumoured now for quite some time. Pandemic went on to say that Mercenaries 2 will support multiplayer co-op play, over Xbox Live. Awesome!

You can totally tell that EA have got their claws into this, i read that there's even a PS2 version coming out...
So much for "Our game can only be done with the power of Next Gen", that IS a quote from one of the developers by the way, from back when the game was announced.
Yeah I'm always a little wary of EA games- even if they are only publishing it. However they did say that they were making a different version for the PS2- and not just a scaled down version of the 360/PS3 versions.
Did you guys rate the first Mercenaries?
Erm...I only ever actually played the demo, and never did pick up the full version- so it's hard to say. Although from what i remember of the demo, it did seem quite fun.
