News: Halo 3 Beta- not initially for everyone
If you are one of the 'few' gamers who fancy trying out the Halo 3 Beta next spring, then you're not going to get to play it for nothing...or atleast not at first. On December 4th, you will need to head to halo3.com to register your interest in trying out the beta. Bungie will then get back to the people who have successfully been selected to be the first to try out the game. Apparently everyone else will be able to join the beta at a later date.
Also- watch out for a new Halo 3 trailer- to be shown on US television on Tuesday next week, or about 2:00 am GMT on Wednesday- and will probably be available to watch on gamertrailers.com and the usual sites shortly after. It's 60 seconds long- no less. The trailer will also be uploaded to Marketplace.
One more thing- enjoy the new screenshot released today.

I'm totally going to try signing up for it! (assmuing it lets me do it having not registered on Live yet).
Also, is that a real screenshot? or is it from the forthcoming CGI advert?
