News: Backwards compatability December update

The new update, available to download through Xbox Live or through downloading to a disk from Xbox.com, allows you to play even more original Xbox games on your Xbox 360 console. New additions include Conker: Live and Reloaded, Fahrenheit, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, and Shenmue II. A full list of backward compatable games can be found here.
As for me, well I kept my original Xbox- so no backwards compatability worries for me. :)

Good news - I'd quite like to play Shenmue 2 again.

I clicked on your 'full list' link and couldn't see fahrenheit in there.

That's because Fahrenheit is known as 'Indigo Prophecy' in the US- and that list is on the US xbox.com. :)

Ah - that explains that then.

Hehe! I wouldn't mind picking up a few classic Xbox games at the moment. Some that I just never got round to buying, and some that I traded against other games. I really want games like Fable, Jade Empire, GTA:SA back in my collection.
