News: Call of Duty 4- in the works?
Unofficial news has leaked that Call of Duty 4 is already under development. The best bit about it is that it's being developed by the true COD developers this time- Infinity Ward. The game is supposed to be for next generation consoles and also for the PC (who missed out on COD3.) The most important thing to note however is that apparently COD4 will be set either in the present day, near future, or future- and not World War II like the previous games. Very exciting news if it turns out to be true!

Infinty Ward + COD2 = COD4 + next generation-ness
Good thing too.
I've heard that the CoD series has been divided up between Infinity Ward and Treyarch, with each company taking alterante turns at creating a game. CoD4 is by IW but unfortunately CoD5 will probably be by Treyarch, rinse and repeat until Activision makes CoD unprofitable...
I might buy CoD1+United Offensive over Steam (PC online distribution service if you don't know) cos i never actually bought the original, it's fairly cheap too!
Yes that is true. I want Infinity Ward to make them all! :(
