If you are looking for exactly what games to buy for the Xbox 360, look no further. The last 10 months or so has offered a few truely great titles, however it has to be said that most titles that have been brought to the 360 have been 'teh shiney HD' last gen ports. With that said, the true next gen Xbox 360 games are just around the corner with the likes of Gears of War and Call of Duty 3- and early next year with such games as Lost Planet, Mass Effect, Fable 2, Alan Wake, Half Life 2, and Bioshock. Of course I think there's the small matter of Halo 3 to look forward to next year too. Below is my list of must have Xbox 360 games that are currently available:
- 1) The Elderscrolls IV: Oblivion
- 2) Call of Duty 2
- 3) Splinter Cell: Double Agent
- 4) Dead Rising
- 5) Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend
It's nearly winter guys and here are the games that I predict will be massive hits by the end of the year. Keep and eye out for:
- 1) Gears of War
- 2) Call of Duty 3
- 3) Rainbow Six: Vegas
- 4) F.E.A.R
- 5) The Elderscrolls IV: Oblivion- The Nights of the Nine Expansion pack
And finally, the very best of what Xbox Live Arcade has to offer:
- 1) Uno
- 2) Lumines Live!
- 3) Doom
- 4) Wik Fable of Souls
- 5) Marble Blast Ultra
- 6) Geometry Wars
- 7) Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3

I've got my pre order for the Gears of War Collectors Edition which should be winging it my way come 'Emergence Day'. And i've also got a pre order on the Limited Edition of Splinter Cell: Double Agent from Play.com which doesn't come out until the 3rd of November for some reason, still, a shiny tin and some dog tags will make up for the slight delay, lol.
Franny bought a 360 the other day too, so in a way you persuading me to get a 360 has inadvertantly made him get one too, i hope you are happy with yourself boy! ;)

He got 'Project Gotham 3' and 'Rockstar Presents Table Tennis' free with an extra wireless controller for £299 at HMV in town where your Dad works, which is a pretty good deal, and he's going to be buying the new Tony Hawk's game and FIFA 07. Not my kind of games really, i much prefer shooting stuff, lol.
Not really my kind of games either. PGR3 is good if you like your racers. Table Tennis is poor though and the new Fifa game is terrible and one of the worst Fifa games I have ever played. Tony hawk's is good.
Yeah, i've been telling him how the 360 version of FIFA is cut down when compared to the last gen versions but he wont listen to me, he's just masturbating over the decent-ish graphics, lol.
There's no way i'd have bought Table Tennis, but for free its not exactly a bad deal is it.
By the way, are you gong to play the Rainbow Six: Vegas demo? apparently its up on the European Marketplace right now, the Americans are playing hell because it's not out there yet :D

Fifa on 360 has appaling graphics- it's a horrible, horrible game.
